How to Transfer Your Designs from Canva to Google Slides

Canva and Google Slides are two powerful tools that allow users to create visually captivating presentations and designs. If you’ve created a design in Canva and want to incorporate it into a Google Slides presentation, you’ll be pleased to know that the process is simple and straightforward. Step 1: Export Your Canva Design

  1. Resize the image to fit your slide by clicking and dragging the corners of the image.
  2. Use the handles on the sides and corners to adjust the dimensions proportionally.
  3. To move the image, click and drag it to the desired position on the slide.
  4. If necessary, you can apply additional formatting options to the image, such as cropping, adding borders, or adjusting the transparency, using the options available in the “Format” menu.

Step 4: Save and Share Your Updated Google Slides Presentation

  1. Once you have inserted and customized the Canva design in your Google Slides presentation, ensure you save your changes.
  2. Click on the “File” menu at the top left corner of the Google Slides editor.
  3. Select the “Save” or “Save as” option to save the updated presentation.
  4. Choose an appropriate name and location for the file, and click on “Save.”
  5. You can now share the Google Slides presentation with others by clicking on the “Share” button at the top right corner of the editor and entering the email addresses of the recipients.
